Sean O'Keefe - Chief Executive Officer 
Sean O’Keefe serves as the CEO for Texana Security, LLC. He has over 25 years in the security alarm industry, during which time he has served as a senior manager at four different national alarm companies. Prior to his association with Texana Security, Mr. O’Keefe was a Vice President of Edison Security (formerly Westec Home Security), a wholly owned subsidiary of Edison International, where he opened 38 branches generating in excess of $40.0 million in annual revenue. He was the co-founder and Vice President of Westinghouse Security Systems, a company established in 1990, which was generating $90M in annual revenues at the time of his departure in 1996. Previous to Westinghouse, Mr. O’Keefe created and managed the national sales force as National Sales Manager for Brinks Home Security.
In addition to these positions, Mr. O’Keefe has provided security consulting services to the Electric Supply Board (ESB), the national electric utility provider for the Republic of Ireland, and he currently serves as a Director and Treasurer, Denton County, Texas, Development District No. 4.
Shane Land - Chief Financial Officer 
Shane Land is the CFO for Texana Security, LLC and manages the shared services function of the organization including Accounting/Finance, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Procurement/Inventory.
He brings over 12 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, strategic financial modeling, financial and operational audit, fraud investigation, process improvement, planning and forecasting, mergers/acquisitions, financial consolidations and internal controls.
Prior to joining Texana Security, Shane was a Senior Consultant for a Dallas-based financial consulting firm and managed several engagements, including litigation support, controllership, financial analysis, financial modeling and Sarbanes-Oxley support. Shane also served as an international audit manager for a Dallas-based Fortune 500 company and was responsible for review and design of internal controls for projects based globally. During his tenure, he completed project reviews internationally in Canada, Mexico, Africa, Asia, Europe, and South America. Shane also served with internal audit for a San Antonio-based Fortune 500 company, in which he developed multiple audit programs, developed the financial fraud investigation function and identified and prepared written documentation. During his tenure, Shane identified losses totaling more than five million dollars in a 50,000+ employee environment. Shane has also effectively managed accounting and finance projects while serving in senior management roles for various companies. In these roles, Shane was responsible for leading financial analysis teams, preparing internal reporting and metrics, executing the monthly accounting close processes, consolidation of multiple global business units and managing process improvement initiatives. He has worked in a variety of industries including security, construction management, manufacturing, contract services, advertising, entertainment, retail and public accounting.
Shane graduated from Angelo State University with MBA and BBA degrees in Accounting and is a Certified Fraud Examiner.
